ABOUT THE JOURNAL
The NLIU Journal of Jurisprudence and Legal Theory (NLIU-JJLT) is a double blind peer reviewed annual academic journal focusing on legal theory and jurisprudence with the objective of contributing to the existing scholarship on the subject. The Journal accepts submissions from academicians, legal practitioners, judges, and other legal professionals. Student submissions are considered only when made in co-authorship with any of the foregoing categories. While submissions are open to all contributors fulfilling the eligibility criteria, the Journal also extends special invitations to eminent jurists for independent contributions.
